The TOP SHINE TD TH series products are vehicle-mounted intelligent terminals which particularly designed for public transmit application and composed of GPS Automatic Reporting Station, Wireless Dispatching, Drivers attendance and Text Voice Broadcast.can support 5pcs bus led destination display sign board.
The hardware of this product is fit for the complex vehicle-mounted intelligent environment and able to guarantee the long-term reliable operation, which from Power Management, Embed CPU Lectotype, Voice Decoding Power Amplifier, GPS Location and other aspects as well.
The software of TOP SHINE TD TH series product is based on real-time multiple tasking lightweight RTOS system and the UI is developed based on the application environment and algorithm science. With the feature of convenience, reliable and usability operation, it is leading the same types of other products of industry.

3. stop auto announcer Operation
3.1 Manual Station Report
? Press the [STATION BRAODCAST] button after access to the station and the current station name will be broadcasted.
? Press the [STATION BRAODCAST] button again when outbound and the current station name will be broadcasted with jumping to the next station automatically. If the broadcast station information is inconsistent with the actual one, the ▲▼ button could be used to adjust for the purpose of broadcasting correctly
? Press the [REPEAT] button to repeat the last voice.
? Press [SWITCH] button to switch up and down after arrive the final stop.
? Press the corresponding number key to broadcast the service terms when necessary.
? Press [STOP] button to stop the current broadcasting.
3.2 GPS Automatic Broadcasting Station
There will be no necessary to switch the lines when GPS automatic Broadcasting station. After selected the corresponding line, the station name will be broadcasted automatically if the collected station coordinates matched accurately.
If the displayed station is deviated with the current one due to manual operation, the software will adjust and update the correct station information after compared the before against after station . The functions of corresponding keys are same as the ones when automatic broadcasting triggered
3.3 Broadcasting Service Voice
The device will be able to configure service voices with 10 volumes. To broadcast the corresponding service voices, select the 0~9 numbers keys in the right of the control panel. can support 5pcs bus led destination display sign board.
4. stop auto announcer Menu Configuration
1) Press the confirm button which is around by the four direction keys
2) Input the password ‘88888’,
3) Press the confirm button again, it will navigated to main menu.
4.1 Station Announcement Configuration and Volume Configuration
1) After access to the main menu, select station announcement configuration options and then press the confirm button.
2) Press the Up/Down/Left/Right button to move the cursor, then do the configuration
3) To adjust the volume, press the direction key to move the cursor to the internal sound volume and the volume of the volume, the volume can be adjusted through the digital keys (Volume adjustment effective when 0-32)
4) Able to configure the broadcasting with the dialect/foreign language based on the requirement
5) Speeding Alert and Speeding Limitation configuration
6) To facilitate the management of scheduling, the vehicle number can be set for each vehicle number.
7) Line Properties
There are 4 types of line properties can be selected which are the following
a) the upper and down line
b) the ring line
c) the complex line
d) the zigzag line
8) After each configuration completed, then select the Save, press the confirm button. Press the EXIT button if you want to exit the setting.
4.2 Route Selection
4.2.1 Select the Route Options after access to the main menu and press the confirm key will be navigated to the Route Selection Menu.
4.2.2 Move the cursor to the required route options and then press the confirm button, then you will be able to switch the routes
4.3 Latitude and Longitude Acquisition
4.3.1 Please connect to the GPS antenna before the latitude and longitude acquisition. After the a period of boot, the device will automatically begin to search for GPS signal (The first time of searching signal minutes will take around 1 minutes and the positioning from next time boot will be able to quickly find the GPS signal). The corresponding main interface of GPS will show that the connection has been established
4.3.2 After the success of the positioning in the main menu interface to select the coordinates of collection items, press confirm key to enter the coordinate acquisition menu.
4.3.3 The numbers which are front of the menu are corresponding to the site number of the appropriate station which stored in the storage. After press the confirm key when arrive the station, the device will collect the corresponding site information and automatically saved to the appropriate table.
The cursor will automatically jump to the next station. If the acquisition process is showing any error and it can be moved to the corresponding number to cover the original latitude and longitude. After the collection is completed, press the [exit] key will be returned to the last menu. The information will be able to copy to other devices with the corresponding form of the route after the collection of above process finished and saved
4.3.4 The corresponding latitude and longitude information will be able viewed after complete the selection of route acquisition.
4.3.5 After the completion of the line coordinate collection, restart the device, the station will can be automatically announced according to the established route. can support 5pcs bus led destination display sign board.
5. Station Announcement Device Voice File and Table Configuration
5.1 Connection Configuration Specification
Editing Station Table file or Voices file will be required when using station announcement. Please connect the device with computer via USB wire and then edit the configuration file. Following is the steps for your reference.
1) Long press the [Phone] key after connected with computer with USB wire
2) Access to the main menu and then chose to connect to PC

3) Operate the folders in PC after active USB device and following folder structure will be viewed
Note: SYSTEM/LOGO/OPTION folders are system configuration folders; please don’t edit any of them.
5.2 Main folders classification and specification
The BUS folder contains following sub-folders as below:
The BUS folder is used to save station voices and station table. Line table is used to save route information. The route names shall be consistent and same with the corresponding folder names. Following image is for the route table which used for the BUS folder.
The route folder shall contain the edited station voices and route information. The station name shall not longer than 4 Chinese characters and shall be same as the names in the route table. If dialect or foreign language required, the suffix will be required to add after the folder name, for example, 318Ffor dialect or 318E for English
The route folder contains the voice files
Service Voices Folder contains the corresponding Service Voices files. The service voices files shall be named as Service Voice 1~ 9 which used for the ones could be broadcasted after press the Numbers Keys 0~9.
Public Voice Folder
Public Voice Folder contains the voice broadcasted when get in station and outbound, for example: get in station 1.mp3 / outbound.mp3
Origin Station Voice Folder
Origin Station Voice Folder contains the vice broadcasted for the Origin station
Final Station Voice Folder
Final Station Voice Folder contains the vice broadcasted for the Final Station
5.3 Route Table Format
5.3.1 Create one table which same as above in the BUS folder for corresponding route (the suffix of the table is *.csv) or copy the same suffix table to the BUS folder. Note: The station ID starts from 0.
5.3.2 The column of Station Announcement shall be input the corresponding voice file names and it is not allowed more than 4 Chinese characters and shall be same as the voice file names. The station name column shall be input the station name and cannot be exceed 7 Chinese Characters or 14 English characters.
5.3.3 After finished the editing and coordinate collecting, the table shall be named as ‘Route S.csv’ or ‘RouteName X.csv’. For example, the upstream of No. 101 named as 101S.csv and the downstream of No.101 named as 101X.csv and save them in the corresponding folder under BUS.
5.3.4 Station Mileage will be setup based on the capacity of the station and the voice length, the device will determine the broadcast timing based on configured parameter.
5.3.5 Please input Y/N in the chief station based on the reality and the chief station name will be broadcast in the Origin Station.
5.3.6 Longitude, Latitude and Angle will be automatically populated by the GPS module after the coordinate’s collection. can support 5pcs bus led destination display sign board.
All tables must be CSV format (Save it as CSV format after editing)

6. The Instructions On How to Add One Route
For example: Add the route- No. 102
6.1 Create the new folder and named as ‘102’
6.2 Add the files 102S.csv and 102X.csv and the voices file in 102 Folder
6.3 Edit the 102S.csv and 102X.csv table
6.4 Move the 102.mp3 to Route Name folder
6.5 Open the Line.csv and add the route names based on the format
7. The Hardware Update of Station Announcement Device
Please put the update.img into SD Card (32GB) and insert the SD Card into device and then reboot the device. The control panel will display that the device is updating and the update processing will be completed around 10 seconds. Please pull out the SD Card after see the main menu.
Please copy the update.img into the root directory and then restart the device. The control panel will display that the device is updating and the update processing will be completed around 10 seconds. (The update.img which under the root directory will be automatically deleted after update finished and it won’t affect next reboot).
